Error 5013: Activation Failed
Trying to unlock a new design and after getting to the “double click here” sign and using this last unlock details sent to me - it presents the 5013 activation code error.
Solution:
Error 5013 indicates the License ID you are trying to activate has already been used. License ID's can only be activated once and the OptiSurface Credits will be saved in your computer.
When OptiSurface Designer asks you to purchase more credits to unlock a field, this means you lack enough OptiSurface Credits in your computer to proceed. Please ask your reseller for another Credit Pack to unlock the field.
