File Cannot Be Opened From USB/Network Devices
Problem:
OptiSurface Designer crashes when opening .osd file from another computer. It can be opened in my colleague's computer but it crashed in mine.
Solution:
We've had experience OSD crashing when opening files from a network drive and USB drives. Please copy the file to your computer hard drive (drive C) and try opening the osd file again.
