OptiSurface Designer Freezes On Importing a Survey

Problem:
OptiSurface Designer is always hanging up after import of a survey.

Solution:
There might be issues with the Hardware Graphics Acceleration option of OptiSurface Designer, please turn it OFF as shown below.  Remember to restart OptiSurface Designer for this change to take effect.
