Last Updated: 18 November 2022         For: OptiSurface Designer

Question:
I have a laptop that has two graphics cards. How do I make sure that OptiSurface Designer is running on my best graphics card?

Answer:
You can set a specific application to run on High Performance Mode and get OptiSurface Designer to use your best graphics card.

1.  Go to Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics Settings > Browse.
2.  Then find the application location e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\OptiSurfaceDesignerV3.5.3 > Select OSDesigner.exe > Add.
3.  Then click Options > High Performance.

Note: You have to do this every time you upgrade OSD version as each version has it's own executable file.
