Transferring the License to Another Computer

This article will discuss how to transfer your License ID with the remaining credits to another computer.
  1. Go to Help > License\Credit Status


  2. Select Transfer and prompt will show the remaining credits in your license.


  3. Select OK to confirm.


  4. Email the Transfer code to support@optisurface.com and a new License ID will be sent to you.


  5. Once you receive the reply from support@optisurface.com with a new License ID, activate OptiSurface Designer in your new computer. Go to Help > License\Credit Status > Activate and insert the new License ID.
