We have continuous variable grades within the boundary. Within each boundary we can have subzones that can force the slopes to be different (eg different minimum & max grades and smoothing) but it is all calculated together so that it all ties together seamlessly at the edges. In a version we are working on we will have the ability to have multiple boundaries within the same design file (edges wont automatically join smoothly).
