OptiSurface Cloud Link Not Working
Issue:
I’m trying to utilize the iPad function for the cloud based link but am not getting any connection other than the Optisurface Cloud page with the circle spinning continuously on screen on both my iPad and iPhone.
Answer:
If your having problems viewing the Designs, make sure you have you web browser not in Private Browser Mode.
